Delete Account
Request deletion of your account and associated data from any Crystal Softonic app or product. We comply with Google Play's data-deletion requirements.
Step 1
Send a request
Email support@crystalsoftonic.com from the address linked to your account with the subject line "Delete My Account".
Step 2
Verify ownership
We confirm the request comes from the account owner to protect your data from unauthorized deletion.
Step 3
Deletion processed
Your account and associated personal data are permanently removed from our active systems.
What gets deleted
- Account profile and login credentials
- Personal information you provided (name, email)
- Content and preferences tied to your account
- Usage data linked to your identity
What may be retained
- Anonymized analytics that cannot identify you
- Records we are legally required to keep
- Transaction logs needed for fraud prevention
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Requests are typically processed within 30 days.
